About Kickboxing

The Catalyst eight-week kickboxing program will be an all inclusive class teaching students the fundamentals of kickboxing training.

 

Kickboxing is structured by combining boxing strikes along with kicks/knees and body movements to form a combination, also known as a combo. These workouts are a full body workout with emphasis on the shoulders, core, lower abdominals, glutes and legs.

The cardiovascular endurance required for the sport will transform your mind and body and take your fitness to the next level.

 

Coach Shandy Seastone will be teaching a maximum of 20 participants how to kick, punch, move, and defend yourself over the course of eight weeks.

This will be an introductory program but suitable for all skill levels. Participants will need to purchase a pair of boxing gloves and hand wrap which can be done under the equipment section below.

About Coach shandy

Coach Shandy Seastone has a black belt in Xtreme Martial Arts and Moo Duck Kwan, and specializes in MMA, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, self-defense and weapon defense.

Shandy has been teaching fitness and kickboxing classes since 2017 and has done so at some of the top MMA gym's in the state of Colorado. With over 20 years of experience, Coach Shandy is going to transform your mind and body like never before.

Kickboxing classes will be
50-minutes long

Maximum of 8 participants
per class.


Pre-registration is required minimum 30 minutes before class on the MindBody App.

Equipment Needed

There will only be eight available spots per class. Participants are required to sign up at least 30 minutes prior to class time.

 

Students will also need to purchase their own pair of boxing gloves as well as hand wrap, which Coach Shandy will teach everyone about.
