The Catalyst kickboxing will be an all inclusive class teaching students the fundamentals of kickboxing training.
Kickboxing is structured by combining boxing strikes along with kicks/knees and body movements to form a combination, also known as a combo. These full body workouts with emphasis on the shoulders, core, lower abdominals, glutes and legs.
The fundamental skills of kickboxing are essential for both beginners and the pros.

Coach Shandy Seastone has a black belt in Xtreme Martial Arts and Moo Duck Kwan, and specializes in MMA, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, self-defense and weapon defense.
Shandy has been teaching fitness and kickboxing classes since 2017 and has done so at some of the top MMA gym's in the state of Colorado. With over 20 years of experience, Coach Shandy is going to transform your mind and body like never before.
Students will also need to purchase their own pair of boxing gloves as well as hand wrap, which Coach Shandy will teach everyone about. If you don't have any equipment to start we have some you can borrow.
There will only be eight available spots per class. Participants are required to sign up at least 30 minutes prior to class time.
