bootcamp classes

Catalyst Bootcamp classes are 45 minutes long designed to keep you moving from start to finish. Every class is different--they never repeat.


Our qualified instructors give you a wide mix of class styles including:

  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

  • Strength training

  • Calisthenics

  • Isometrics

  • Plyometrics

  • Speed-and-agility.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, our classes are set up to help you gain muscle, lose fat, improve your health...all while having a great time while doing it. We are more than just a gym, we are a community!

youth strength

An integral part of being a great athlete is having the ability to perform movements with precision and grace, while also being fast, explosive, and powerful. This is one of the biggest areas where young athletes are lacking. Exercising and training for sports is essential to optimal growth, development, and maturation of the athlete.


Not only does participation in a resistance program contribute to the athlete's performance and injury prevention, but it also creates healthy habits that will continue well into adulthood. With staggering numbers of childhood obesity (in 2018, 15.3% of American children ages 10-17 were obese;  10.7% of Colorado children were obese), it is important to provide our youth with the opportunity to be healthy. 


As a head coach at a premier Colorado baseball training facility, Catalyst Sports, Coach Corey has been training young athletes for over a decade, with great success. 

8-week programs are held intermittently throughout the year.
