Shandy began her fitness training journey in 2000, working in the sport nutrition industry. Her experience lead her to coaching in the bodybuilding/physique industry, conditioning classes for athletes and eventually teaching fitness kickboxing/martial arts.
Shandy has been at Catalyst since 2021 and her passion is coaching group classes and nutrition. She loves the energy coaching brings to her life and is passionate about seeing her clients meet their goals, big or small!
