We start the process off by learning about your goals, what fitness experiences have been done in the past, and where you want to go. From there we use our experience and knowledge to build programs and workouts designed to get you to your goal.
What makes us different from other personal trainers is our ability to connect and build trust with the client. When clients and trainers are able to build this connection the long-term success of the individual goes up exponentially. Unfortunately, many of the major corporate gyms on the market today have so many clients and trainers coming and going that customers become just a number to them. Not to mention they often restrict trainers to working with clients within boxes, offering up an one-size-fits-all solution that doesn’t work for the one-of-a-kind client.

Each training session is 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration.
Your goals will be achieved by working one-on-one with a personal trainer for weekly fitness tests, nutrition planning, and body composition check-in’s.
Catalyst has a few different options available. Personal training is offered in a one-on-one format for a more specialized experience. Semi-Private Training is similar to private personal training, however there are typically 2+ individuals.
