We start the process off by learning about your goals, what fitness experiences have been done in the past, and where you want to go. From there we use our experience and knowledge to build programs and workouts designed to get you to your goal.

How do I sign up?

Contact Catalyst Fitness through our website or by phone at 303-955-6897.

How much does it cost?

1-on-1 personal training session is $100/hr. with discounts available for 10, 24, or 48 packages. Semi-private is done on a monthly basis and price varies depending on the membership package that you sign up for. Contact us for more information on pricing

How long is each training session?

Each training session is 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration.

How will my goals be achieved?

Your goals will be achieved by working one-on-one with a personal trainer for weekly fitness tests, nutrition planning, and body composition check-in’s.

What types of personal training does Catalyst offer?

Catalyst has a few different options available. Personal training is offered in a one-on-one format for a more specialized experience. Semi-Private Training is similar to private personal training, however there are typically 2+ individuals.

Is personal training for losing weight or gaining muscle?

Each personal training session is tailored to your goals at Catalyst. The workouts will vary depending on which goals you’re wanting to achieve.
