We start with a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to allow us to learn more about you, what your goals are and find out where your pitfalls are.

I'm interested... but what is the cost?

Every individual is unique and requires different services. For this reason, we do not offer a simple one-size-fits-all pricing structure like most other gyms do. We prefer to take the time beforehand to get to know you, We want to learn about your past fitness experiences (good or bad) and what your current goals are, which helps us come up with a game plan moving forward. We have a wide range of pricing options, memberships, services, and different durations of time we are able to customize for you. This could be as simple as just getting you on a 2x per week bootcamp membership, or even all inclusive year long  personal training package (and anywhere in between).

What services are included in my program?

Depending on your goals and what you would like to do, a package may (or may not) include; 1-on-1 personal training packages, small group personal training sessions, a month-to-month membership to classes, nutrition coaching, accountability check-in's, access to our exclusive members app.

Do I have to commit to 12-weeks?

We want health and fitness to become apart of your lifestyle and become something that is sustainable long-term. For most people, a 12-week commitment to their health and fitness goal is the perfect amount of time; it is a long enough period of time to deeply ingrain new positive habits see incredible results, but short enough that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. However we do offer services and packages shorter or longer than that, depending on your needs.
