We start with a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to allow us to learn more about you, what your goals are and find out where your pitfalls are.
You and your coach will schedule a time to come to the gym to meet our team so we can build out a program to best fit your goals.
We get started right away! Your personal coach will contact you immediately to begin the process of transforming yourself into a new beginning.
The price depends on what services and packages you would want to include to help you get to your fitness goals. Some people require and want more personal training where others just want classes.
The program averages 12 weeks, but can be longer depending on your fitness goals.
Of course it is your choice, however, we ask to sign up for the program if you are dedicated to transforming your health/fitness for three months. It helps with consistent results and training with your coach.
The 12-Week Program consists of an initial consultation with one of our personal trainers. From there, you will have weekly weigh-ins, weekly fitness tests, weekly body composition weigh-ins, a set amount of workouts each week, and nutrition coaching throughout the program
Catalyst advises at least 3 sessions with your coach during the week.
Your progress will be kept by your coach throughout the program. Each person will receive a program binder as well to track one’s progress.
